The Board of Zoning Appeals along with the Zoning Commission Board began working on the township's Comprehensive Plan in April of 2021. With guidance from Delaware County Regional Planning and input from the community, the plan came together and was finalized and approved by the Trustees in August of this year. The Comprehensive Plan is a document designed to provide some guidance as to what type of growth would be acceptable, and where it could possibly occur within the townships borders. We trust this plan will help protect our townships future.
